NN Investment Partners intends to consolidate Luxembourg and Dutch Management Companies

28/11/2018

NN Investment Partners (NN IP), the asset manager of NN Group, has announced today the intention to consolidate its Luxembourg management company, NN Investment Partners Luxembourg S.A., with NN Investment Partners B.V., the Dutch licensed entity.

This process is subject to regulatory approvals and consultation with the staff delegation.

By simplifying the organisation, aligning roles and responsibilities across locations, harmonising processes and procedures, NN IP intends to accelerate decision-making and improve the leverage on existing capabilities. The service to our clients, as well as our products, will not be affected by the proposed transition as the investment processes remain the same.
