Integration of Delta Lloyd Asset Management
On 31 May 2017 the takeover by NN Group of Delta Lloyd was completed, marking the start of the integration process. NN Group and Delta Lloyd are harmonizing and integrating their activities in the Netherlands and Belgium to gain maximum benefit from the increased scale and capacities of the two companies, as well as from their combined reach and resources. This will result in an enhancement of the platform, with an improved range of services for the combined company’s clients. We expect that the fully integrated company will reinforce and consolidate our position, especially in our Dutch and Belgian markets, and will help us strengthen our capabilities, client servicing and relationship management.
The integration of the two product ranges of Delta Lloyd Asset Management (DL AM) and NN Investment Partners (NN IP) takes place on the basis of a thorough analysis fully reflecting the best interests of clients and our fiduciary duties.
The merger of the of six Luxembourgian Delta Lloyd SICAV sub-funds into sub-funds of NN (L) SICAV is an optimization of funds and is part of the integration of both asset management businesses. With this optimization we take a next step towards an even more transparent, simple and internationally relevant fund range.
